2022 - COMMUNITY CELEBRATING & CARING!

It’s time for our annual CARE ABOUT CRANIO Event. However, this year is going to be a COMMUNITY CELEBRATING & CARING DAY that will include a very special agenda throughout the day at both DOWNTOWN WADLEY & SOUTHERN UNION CAMPUS!!!

SOUTHERN UNION IS CELEBRATING THEIR 100TH BIRTHDAY…..SO THIS IS GOING TO BE A BIRTHDAY BASH YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS!!! Stay tuned for all the details of fun that you will want to join in on OCTOBER 15!!!

I am excited and honored to announce that this year CARE ABOUT CRANIO will be supporting the Karter Smith family! Karter lives in Wadley with his parents, Marley & Justin. He had his 1st craniosynostosis surgery on June 1, 2022 and is scheduled for another surgery in October 2022. He’s strong and recovering great but we want to continue to cheer him on!! We will sell t-shirts again this year for our event and all proceeds will go toward his medical expenses. Shirt designs and details to order are soon to be released!! Instead of a long 5K, our CARE ABOUT CRANIO crew is going to do a short walk/run beginning in Downtown Wadley on October 15 beginning at 8am!! We hope you will come, wear your t-shirts, walk/run for craniosynostosis awareness, donate to this family, and join in this BIG COMMUNITY CELEBRATION!! GET EXCITED. STAY TUNED. 2021 - YEAR 8 - #VIRTUALGIVING

 2021 WAS A VIRTUAL YEAR DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC.

WE STILL SOLD T-SHIRTS AND ASKED SUPPORTERS TO "TAG" US IN THEIR CRANIO PHOTOS WHILE WEARING THEIR SHIRTS. INDIVIDUALS GAVE TO CHARITIES OF THEIR CHOICE BUT WE STILL SOLD OVER 70 T-SHIRTS. SHIRTS WERE DESIGNED AND PRINTED BY MY FRIENDS, RHONDA WALKER & MANNIE HESTER. THE SALES SUPPORTED THEIR SMALL TOWN BUSINESS TOO!! 

2020 - YEAR 7 - BLEST

 Our Care About CRANIO 2020 event supported BLEST! BLEST is a non-profit organization founded by one of my best friends plus born and raised WADLEY girl, Ebony Battle! I was excited to be supporting what God has placed on her heart. We sold t-shirts and many generously gave to her vision! It was a special day full of friendships and praising The Lord's faithfulness!!
